Poetry by Cait* (12 years)

Not Caitlyn 😛 This girl asked me to not use her real name because of a poem she wrote. We hit off immediately because she is very talkative and I am sold to stories. I leant a lot about her school life, class and about a Jackline classmate- the girl she was so exasperated with, it was hilarious!

Two poems from Cait:

1. THE NAUGHTIEST CLASS

We make noise
Jump up and down
We are all over the place

We keep quiet like angels
Go back to our desks
And the prefect lies
Once the teacher comes

2. JACKLINE

People never hang out with her
She is annoying and follows you everywhere
She flirts with boys
Not her age

Aaaaaah Jackline!

She’s boastful, she lies, she’s lazy
Jackline is selfish and mean
She never shares anything!

And thinks she’s so perfect
But if only she knew
It’s already annoying
Just thinking about her!
